I graduated from Pensacola School of Massage Therapy in 2001. Over the course of my 19 years of experience, I have often worked with chiropractors, physicians, and physical therapist to provide clients with a continuum of care. My goal as a therapist is to aid and invite clients to actively take part in their own health. I am passionate about helping people find transformation and renewal amidst the stresses of life, and relief from the pains that show up in their bodies from that stress. My personal style is medium to deep pressure, and integrates training in several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, TMJ, Medi Cupping, Heated Bamboo, and Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage.
